New Recipes

I've been trying to eat vegetarian as much as I can lately for a variety of reasons. Here are two of my new favorite recipes: oatmeal made with half water, half milk and topped with honey, chopped figs and ground flax seeds (This is really yummy and surprisingly filling); and whole grain pita pockets stuffed with halved grape tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, pine nuts and Italian dressing (lt's like a caprese salad in a pita. Delish.).
